Turmeric and Honey Anti-Inflammatory Booster Drink for Joint Relief

I’m a big fan of both turmeric and honey because each brings many health benefits. Raw Manuka honey and curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, are known for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Together they support skin health, aid digestion, help heal minor wounds and burns, boost immunity, and can ease mild allergy symptoms.

I started mixing the two some time ago and enjoy adding the blend to nighttime ginger tea. Since this combination is naturally anti-inflammatory, it works well in a variety of uses. Some simple ways to enjoy turmeric honey:

  • Stir into smoothies for a warming, healthful boost
  • Use in baking to add gentle spice and natural sweetness
  • Mix into a moisturizing face mask for skin benefits
  • Blend with your favorite golden milk elixir
