A lighter take on Dairy Queen’s Peanut Butter Parfait — creamy, high in protein, and topped with a quick chocolate shell. Perfect for a refreshing summer treat.
Ingredients
- 1-2 cups yogurt, preferably thick like Greek-style (dairy-free options work well)I like Culina dairy-free
- 1 scoop protein powder (flavor of your choice)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2-3 tbsp chocolate chips, melted
Optional toppings
- dry roasted peanuts
- crushed pretzels
- sea salt
Instructions
-
In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt and protein powder until smooth and fully combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
-
Spread the peanut butter evenly over the top of the yogurt mixture.
-
Pour or spoon the melted chocolate chips over the peanut butter to form a thin layer. Sprinkle on any optional toppings you like—dry roasted peanuts, crushed pretzels, or a pinch of sea salt work well.
-
Freeze for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate sets. Break through the shell with a spoon and enjoy immediately.
