Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate, melted
Peanut Butter Filling
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, (or nut butter of choice)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- splash vanilla extract
Instructions
-
Place a silicone mold on a flat surface. Pour melted chocolate into each cavity to cover the bottom, then use the back of a spoon to push some chocolate up the sides. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes so the chocolate firms up.
-
Combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, and a splash of vanilla in a bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and holds together.
-
Form the filling into small balls that will fit inside the chocolate cups. Gently press one ball into each chilled chocolate shell.
-
Pour the remaining melted chocolate evenly over the filled cups to seal them. Return the mold to the freezer and let the cups harden for another 30 minutes.
-
Once fully set, pop the candies from the mold, sprinkle with flaky salt if desired, and enjoy.
Notes
Store finished candies in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days, or keep them refrigerated or frozen for longer freshness.
