I love grilling year-round—it’s one of my favorite ways to prepare a big dinner or cook proteins for the week. That said, Seattle weather can make outdoor grilling challenging. If you live in the Pacific Northwest, you know exactly what I mean.

A few weeks ago we added the Ninja Foodi Pro Grill to our kitchen and I was impressed. It’s much more than a small indoor appliance that mimics an outdoor grill. You can air crisp, grill, bake, roast and even dehydrate across a wide temperature range (105–500°F). It’s also virtually smoke free, which is a major advantage for indoor cooking. With it I roasted fingerling potatoes and made juicy turkey burgers—recipe below.

Grilling is an easy way to create flavorful, healthier meals that support wellness goals. I like balanced plates with quality protein, plenty of vegetables and a complex carb—potatoes are my weakness. The Foodi Pro Grill preheats quickly (under ten minutes) and cooks fast, so you’ll be surprised how efficient indoor grilling can be.

Our go-to grilled meal was delicious: crispy fingerling potatoes, grilled organic turkey burgers packed with herbs (I even added ½ cup chopped spinach and a diced bell pepper), and grilled zucchini. Toppings are served on the side so everyone can customize their burger.
If you’re considering the Ninja Foodi Pro Grill but want to manage the cost, Affirm is a helpful payment option. Affirm lets you split purchases into manageable payments so you can stick to your monthly budget while still investing in appliances that make cooking easier. Using it can take some of the financial stress out of buying larger items.
I’m convinced this indoor grill delivers burgers as juicy as an outdoor grill and in a fraction of the time. I hope you try the recipe and enjoy it as much as we do.
Grilled Turkey Burgers, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Grilled Veggies
Ingredients
Turkey Burgers
- 1 lb organic ground turkey
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
- 2-3 tbsp goat cheese
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
Grilled Zucchini
- 1-2 zucchini, cut into quarter slices
- 1/2 tbsp avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp adobo seasoning
Roasted Potatoes
- 1 lb fingerling potatoes
- 1/2 tbsp avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp seasoning of choice
Instructions
-
Preheat the Ninja Foodi Pro Grill using the Grill function.
-
In a large bowl, combine all turkey burger ingredients and mix until evenly incorporated. Form into four patties and set aside. Toss zucchini (or your chosen vegetables) with oil and seasoning.
-
When the grill is preheated, place the patties on the grate and close the lid. Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping once near 8 minutes to create grill marks. Add the zucchini with about 5 minutes remaining.
-
For the potatoes, preheat the Foodi on the Roast setting. Toss fingerlings with oil and seasoning, place them on the roasting rack and roast for about 10 minutes—no flipping required. Adjust time as needed for your preferred crispness.
