A lightning-fast almond milk you can make in two minutes—perfect when you’re short on time. With just two tablespoons of almond butter, this simple homemade milk delivers about 6 g of protein per serving. It’s creamy, versatile, and easy to adapt with a few optional add-ins.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp almond butter, (or nut butter of your choice)

Optional add-ins

  • Himalayan pink salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Maple syrup
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Combine the water and almond butter (plus any optional add-ins) in a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined, about 30–60 seconds depending on your blender.
  • Use the almond milk right away, or pour it into an airtight jar and refrigerate for up to five days. Give it a good shake before using since separation can occur. Enjoy chilled or use in recipes and coffee as a quick high-protein dairy-free alternative.
