I worked closely with Saphira, the founder of Nowhere Bakery, and after several rounds of testing we developed what I truly believe is the best cookie I’ve ever tasted. It captures the flavors of a classic candy bar—hence the name Candy Bar Cookie—while using clean, thoughtfully chosen ingredients. These cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and soy-free, and they’re RGE-approved.
The flavor profile is exceptional: house-roasted peanuts, dark chocolate chunks sweetened with coconut sugar, a generous dollop of house-made coconut caramel that melts in your mouth, and a finishing sprinkle of flaky sea salt. They’re rich and layered without relying on refined ingredients.
These cookies are baked and shipped straight to your door. They freeze beautifully and stay fresh for months in the freezer, so stocking up is a great option while this limited run is available.
